Walk Act: digital-real special effects from table to table
With his walking act, Andreas Axmann surprises his audience up close and interactively right at the table. Using a small tablet and a smartwatch, the “media magician” demonstrates a digital shell game, a seemingly real working socket or how spoons can first be knotted on the display and then in real life. This version of the show works decentrally without a stage in all room situations and promotes communication among the guests. Digital-real special effects up close!
Info: A presence time of approx. 2 hours is recommended. The program is repeated from table to table. The close-up program includes completely different digital themes and effects and can therefore be perfectly combined with the stage program.

With his exclusive walking act, close-up iPad magician and magician Andreas Axmann from Berlin is on the road for his customers not only in Germany, but worldwide. Table magic is ideal for events with a networking character or as an encore after an iPad magic show on stage. The content and effects are different and can be easily combined. Close-up iPad magic is uncomplicated and works perfectly in all difficult room situations.
Close-up and walking act magic is recommended for your event if, for example, you do not want to interrupt the communication between the guests with an iPad magic show that takes place centrally for everyone. Or if you have a difficult room situation, e.g. an angled hall, loud ambient noise or no sound technology. The iPad magician Andreas Axmann from Berlin as a walk act is unobtrusive and will still be remembered as a particularly surprising element of your event. The table magic is just as amazing as the show on stage. The difference is the proximity and direct interaction with the audience. In addition, the horizontal perspective of the close-up creates additional effect possibilities.
Explanation of the term close-up (table magic, walk act): Magic tricks that can only be seen at close range due to small props are classified as “close-up” or “walking act”. The special attraction for the audience is the proximity, which apparently makes “cheating” more difficult. The term “table hopping” has also become established, in which the magician moves from table to table. With this type of walking act, the content is repeated at each table over the course of the evening.
Another tip …
Andreas Axmann can distribute this card to the individual tables before his performance. On the back, guests can read who he is and what he does. The guests are asked to wave the card in German and English. The media magician then comes to the appropriate table and starts his iPad magic.
This principle has the advantage that no conversations are interrupted and the artist comes to the table at the perfect time, when everyone is really ready for entertainment. The card is free of advertising and Andreas Axmann always has enough of them with him.

Virtual Reality
You can virtually attend part of the close-up show as an immersive experience. You will need VR glasses and the specially produced 360°/3D film.
An installed YouTube app is required for systems with smartphones. The 3D effect (Cardboard mode) only works with an Android operating system. To use it with the Vision Pro, you need the Moon Player from the App Store. Watch this video to find out how!
Without VR glasses, you can at least watch the “digital shell game” here as a 360° video without the 3D effect. Use this video to do so!
